While every effort is made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Slight variations can also be dependant on calibration of individual screens.

Availability

All items shown on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated. On occasion due to an administrative error, some items may be out of stock, therefore all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible by phone or email if the goods you have ordered are not available. If an item does go out of stock it may delay shipping by 3-5 days and If this is the case we will email you, you will then have an option to wait or amend your order.

Delivery

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us, but we realise that on occasion you may want to return item/s. Please contact contact@49erfaithfuluk.co.uk for assistance should you wish to return an item. This is limited to stock items and does not include custom orders, though we will try to rectify any problems you have with custom orders.

Returns will be honoured any time within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.

Returns method for unwanted items:

We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original tags intact and complete.

Please obtain proof of postage.

We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us so retain your proof of postage until our email confirming your refund has been processed.

Returns method for damaged items:

Please contact us if your item is damaged, it will not always necessitate a return, but we may need a photograph of the damage, so please do not dispose of the damaged item until you have contacted us and we have instructed you to do so in writing.

Postage and delivery

Proof of postage will be obtained , and I will endeavour to help should your order get lost in transit.

If you require overseas delivery, please contact 49erfaithfulUK.co.uk about your order before payment, and we will find the best delivery method to suit you.

Local collection available at meet ups
